    Revenue Growth Guide

    Matt Pflughoeft is a senior-level go to market executive, best known for building and scaling high performing B2B organizations. Matt started his career at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) which laid the foundation for his success in sales and account management. He went on to work in the SaaS software industry where he led high performing sales teams at Xactly Corporation, Outcome Health, Conga, Tethr and Domuso. Matt prides himself on having a team-first mentality and always goes above and beyond to help colleagues and customers. Matt graduated from Winona State University in Minnesota. He is an avid outdoorsman and sports fan. He currently resides in the Madison Wisconsin area with his wife and their four boys.
